A set of ten PH1 Phillips bits, 25 mm long, made from S2 tool steel. The tips have a milled profile and a corrosion-resistant coating, designed for intensive use with cordless and pneumatic drill drivers.
A material with a hardness of 58-62 HRC, providing resistance to twisting and abrasion. The cold-forging process increases the strength of the structure, eliminating the micro-cracks found in conventional steels.
Precise milling of the grooves ensures an exact fit with Phillips screws. It eliminates play in the recess, which translates into full transmission of torque without damaging the screw head.
A special tip geometry that reduces the tendency of the bit to slip out of the screw recess during use. The system increases pressure along the driving axis, which is particularly important at high drill-driver speeds.
The matt, sandblasted finish protects against oxidation and extends bit life in damp conditions. The surface prevents light reflections, making it easier to position the tip precisely.

PH1 bits are designed for Phillips screws with a diameter of 2.0 mm to 3.0 mm. They are mainly used when assembling electronics, household appliances and furniture, and for small metal components. They work well with self-tapping wood screws with a diameter of 2.5-3.5 mm.
PH1 bits are compatible with all cordless and pneumatic drill drivers that accept a 1/4" hex shank. The recommended maximum speed is 3000 rpm for cordless drill drivers and 2500 rpm for pneumatic ones.
Apply appropriate axial pressure during use – too little causes the bit to slip, too much may damage the screw head. When driving into hard materials, it is worth using impact mode or pre-drilling a pilot hole.
After use, it is worth cleaning the bits of dust and swarf with compressed air. If they come into contact with moisture, dry the tips and protect them with a maintenance preparation. Store in a dry place, preferably in the original packaging or a tool organiser.
