Precision screwdriver with a Phillips PH0 cross tip and a 75 mm blade. Designed for work requiring accuracy when driving small screws in electronics, precision engineering and modelling.
PH0 is the smallest size in the Phillips range, intended for screws with a diameter of 1.4-2.0 mm. It is used in consumer electronics, computer hardware, spectacles and precision mechanical devices. The SVCM55 steel tip resists wear and deformation during repeated use.
The compact 75 mm length allows work in confined spaces typical of electronic enclosures and small mechanisms. It provides sufficient leverage for safe tightening without the risk of shearing the screw, while remaining manoeuvrable in tight assembly positions.
SVCM55 is a chrome vanadium tool steel with increased hardness. It ensures tip durability under intensive use and minimises the risk of edge wear and deformation. The mechanical properties of the material allow the tip geometry to be maintained even when working with tightly fastened screws.
The handle is designed with prolonged precision work in mind. Its profile allows controlled transmission of torque without slipping, which matters when tightening delicate components that require a defined pressure.

The PH0 tip fits screws marked Phillips #0 or PH0. If in doubt, check that the tip completely fills the cross recess of the screw without any play. A tip that is too large (PH1, PH2) will damage the recess, while one that is too small (PH00) will not transmit torque. For screws smaller than 1.4 mm, a PH00 or PH000 tip is used.
Before use, check the condition of the tip – the edges should be sharp and undamaged. Use the screwdriver perpendicular to the screw axis, with even axial pressure, to avoid slipping and damaging the recess. After use, clean the tip of any contamination and protect it from moisture.
When working with electronics, it is advisable to use screwdrivers with an insulated handle or to carry out the work with the power switched off. The PH0 tip is not designed for high torque – for stubborn screws, use a penetrating fluid or consider an impact driver.
