A Phillips screwdriver with a PH3 tip and a 250 mm shaft, designed for assembly and service work requiring access to deeply recessed screws. The chrome vanadium CrV 6150 steel shaft with a magnetised tip ensures durability and a secure hold on fasteners.
The PH3 size is the largest standard Phillips tip, designed for screws of 5.0 mm diameter and above. The magnetised tip holds the screw on the shaft during positioning, eliminating the risk of it dropping in hard-to-reach places or when working overhead.
The CrV 6150 steel alloy contains chromium (0.8-1.1%) and vanadium (0.15% min), which provides resistance to twisting and bending under high loads. Surface hardness after heat treatment is 52-58 HRC, which minimises tip wear during intensive use.
The extended shaft allows work in deep assembly holes, installation recesses and spaces where standard 100-150 mm screwdrivers do not provide sufficient reach. The overall length of the tool is approximately 360 mm.
The handle is made of polypropylene (PP) with an ergonomic profile that ensures even distribution of pressure. The PP material is resistant to solvents, oils and greases used in the workshop, retaining its mechanical properties at temperatures from -20°C to +80°C.

The PH3 tip is designed for screws over 5.0 mm in diameter. Using a smaller tip (PH2, PH1) on larger screws leads to rapid tool wear and damage to the screw head. Check the screw head size before starting work – the tip should fill the recess without play.
The satin finish on the shaft provides basic corrosion protection. After working in damp conditions or contact with chemicals, clean the shaft and coat it with a thin layer of protective oil.
The magnetisation of the tip lasts throughout the tool's service life. If the magnetism weakens, it can be re-magnetised using a professional magnetiser.
Do not use the screwdriver as a lever or chisel – this can permanently deform the shaft or damage the tip. Tightening force should be transmitted solely by turning the handle.
