Material versatility
The tool is designed for cutting PVC, PP, PU and PE pipes as well as soft metals (copper, aluminium). It handles the most common plumbing materials, so there is no need for a separate tool for each type of pipe.
Aluminium alloy construction
The aluminium alloy body with a powder coating combines durability with low weight. The powder coating protects against corrosion and mechanical damage during everyday use.
Bearing steel blade
Bearing steel cutting wheels ensure a long-lasting sharp edge and precise cutting. Two cutting wheels measuring 18x3x4.8 mm distribute the cutting force evenly.
Built-in deburring tool

How to Check Pipe Compatibility
Before cutting, measure the outside diameter of the pipe. The VOREL 78375 pipe cutter handles pipes with diameters from 3 to 30 mm. For multilayer and composite pipes, check that the outer material is on the list of compatible materials (PVC, PP, PU, PE, aluminium). With copper pipe, the tool is recommended for wall thicknesses up to 2 mm.
Use and Maintenance
Before cutting, make sure the pipe is clean and dry. The cutter should be positioned at right angles to the pipe axis, which ensures a square cut without crushing the material. Once the cut is made, use the built-in deburring tool to remove burrs from the inside edge of the pipe.
Regular maintenance involves cleaning material residue off the cutting wheels and checking the blade sharpness at intervals. When working with metal pipe, check the condition of the blade more frequently. Storing the tool in a dry place extends the life of the protective coating.
