A professional three-door pizza prep counter with refrigerated topping unit, designed for pizzerias and catering outlets. The SS201 stainless steel construction, granite worktop and two independent cooling systems deliver functionality and durability in everyday use.
The main cabinet is fitted with an Embraco 240W compressor using R290 refrigerant, while the topping unit has a Zanussi 110W compressor using R600a. Because both systems run independently, energy consumption can be optimised and temperatures set separately to suit requirements.
The solid 1400x700 mm granite work surface provides a stable base for food preparation. The material is scratch-resistant and easy to clean, and does not absorb odours or moisture.
The upper refrigerated compartment, measuring 1400x335x435 mm, holds six GN 1/4 containers up to 150 mm deep. This keeps ingredients within easy reach while preparing pizzas or salads.
The internal and external housing is made from SS201 stainless steel, which resists corrosion and is easy to keep hygienic. The material meets catering requirements for food-contact surfaces.

R290 (propane) and R600a (isobutane) are natural refrigerants with a low global warming potential (GWP). They are environmentally friendly, but because they are flammable, installation standards must be observed. Equipment using these refrigerants should be serviced by qualified personnel.
Before first use, leave the unit upright for at least 4 hours so that the compressor oil settles after transport. The counter must be placed on a stable, level surface with a minimum clearance of 10 cm from walls to allow air to circulate around the compressors. The ambient temperature should not exceed 30°C at 55% relative humidity (climate class 4).
The topping unit holds Gastronorm 1/4 containers up to 150 mm deep. Containers are not included and must be purchased separately. The GN 1/4 standard measures 265x162 mm. The main cabinet is compatible with GN 1/1 containers (530x325 mm), which makes it easy to organise the space using standard catering accessories.
Each of the three doors comes with one PVC-coated wire shelf with a maximum load of 40 kg when evenly distributed. The PVC coating protects against corrosion and makes cleaning easier. The shelves can be removed for washing or to change the internal layout.
SS201 stainless steel and the granite worktop should be cleaned regularly with neutral detergents. Do not use abrasive products or wire brushes, which can damage the surface. The compressor condenser (heat exchanger) needs periodic vacuuming — at least once a quarter, or more often in dusty environments. The automatic defrost function removes the need to clear frost manually, but the condensate drain should be checked regularly.
The electronic controller with digital display allows the temperature inside the cabinet to be monitored continuously. The +2°C to +8°C range is optimal
