GEKO G02110 Plasterboard Lift
A mechanical device that assists with fitting plasterboard to ceilings and walls. Its three-castor design and lifting mechanism allow a single person to handle boards of standard building sizes.
Technical features
Lifting system up to 3.5 metres
The winch and cable mechanism raises boards smoothly to the height of standard domestic and commercial ceilings. The working range covers rooms from 2.5 to 3.5 metres in height.
Three-castor base with brakes
Adjustable castors with individual locks keep the lift stable during work. The wide wheelbase prevents the unit from tipping over even at full load and maximum extension.
Tilt angle adjustment
The platform tilting mechanism allows boards to be fitted horizontally (ceilings), vertically (walls) and at any angle (sloped ceilings, lofts). A lock prevents the setting from changing unexpectedly.
Folding design
With the boom retracted and the platform folded down, the lift takes up far less space, which makes it easier to transport in a van and to store in a warehouse or garage.

Board compatibility
The lift handles standard plasterboard from 9.5 to 15 mm thick and up to 128 × 488 cm in size. The maximum load capacity of 68 kg corresponds to a 120 × 300 cm board of 12.5 mm thickness (weight approx. 27 kg/m²).

Use and maintenance
Before starting work, check the castor brakes and the condition of the lifting mechanism. The board is placed on the platform and secured against slipping, then raised to the required height with the crank handle. When moving the platform under a ceiling, work slowly and avoid sudden movements.
After use, clean plaster dust off the lift, as it can build up inside the mechanisms. Moving parts should be greased periodically with a maintenance grease. If the lift is stored in damp rooms, protect the metal components against corrosion.
Safe working practice
Never exceed the maximum load capacity of 68 kg. Always lock all three castors before raising a board. Never change the platform tilt angle while a load is being raised. The lift must stand on level, stable ground.
