KD5316 Plastering Skimming Blade Set — KRAFT&DELE
The KD5316 is a complete 9-piece tool set for applying skim coat and filling walls and ceilings. The kit comprises blades in five widths (25–100 cm), a 2 m extension pole, a skimming roller, an angle adapter and a carry case.
Set features
Five blade widths
Blades in widths of 25, 40, 60, 80 and 100 cm let you match the tool to the working surface — narrower blades are suited to corners and detail work, while wider ones cover large areas quickly with fewer passes.
2 m extension pole with soft foam grip
The extension pole removes the need for a ladder when working on ceilings and in high rooms. The soft foam at the grip point reduces the vibration transferred to the hand and lessens fatigue during longer work.
Angle adapter
The adapter changes the angle of the blade relative to the extension pole, which matters when filling hard-to-reach surfaces — such as ceiling beams, recesses or the wall-to-ceiling joint.
Skimming roller
The roller is used for the initial, even distribution of skim coat before levelling off with a blade. It shortens application time on large surfaces and reduces material consumption.

Use and maintenance
Choosing the right blade width for the job
Blades 25–40 cm wide are used for precision work: corners, window and door surrounds, and patching holes. Blades of 60–100 cm are intended for covering large, flat wall and ceiling surfaces — the wider the blade, the fewer joint marks on the finished surface.
Cleaning after use
Tools should be cleaned immediately after finishing work, before any remaining skim coat sets. Water is sufficient for cleaning — hardened material residues can damage the working surface of the blade and reduce the quality of subsequent applications. The carry case protects the set from mechanical damage during storage and transport.
