Mounting clips for cables with an integrated nail, designed for the permanent fixing of electrical and telecommunications wiring to wooden surfaces. The pack of 12 in white allows installations in residential and commercial buildings to be kept tidy.
The integrated steel nail allows quick fixing to wood, chipboard, OSB and other wood-based materials without the need to drill holes. A hammer is all that is required to make a durable joint.
The 20 mm opening is compatible with YDY 3 x 1.5 mm² electrical cable, aerial and telecommunications cables, and many types of low-voltage wiring used in domestic installations.
The plastic material provides electrical insulation, moisture resistance and dimensional stability. Unlike metal clips, it does not damage the cable insulation during installation or in use.
The neutral white shade allows cables to be run discreetly along white walls, skirting boards, door frames and other light-coloured trim without the need for painting.

Before installation, mark out the cable route, keeping suitable spacing between fixing points (30–50 cm is recommended for electrical cables). Make sure the surface is dry and clean and that the material is thick enough for the nail to be driven in safely without coming through the other side.
Lay the cable in position, fit the clip with its nail and hammer it in perpendicular to the surface. Do not over-tighten the clip, as this could damage the cable insulation. With delicate cables, it is advisable to leave a small amount of slack.
A 20 mm diameter is suitable for single conductors with a cross-section of up to 2.5 mm² and for most domestic cables. For thicker installation cables or bundles of several cables, clips of a larger diameter should be considered.
