Pneumatic grease gun designed for grease application in workshop and industrial conditions. The unit is powered by compressed air and is compatible with standard 400g cartridges as well as bulk grease.
Compressed-air drive eliminates the need for manual pumping. A working pressure of 2-10 bar allows precise control of output and lets you match the application force to the requirements of each lubrication point. The 1/4" connection is compatible with standard pneumatic systems.
The 400cc cylinder is designed to work both with standard 400g cartridges and with bulk grease. This design makes it possible to use whatever grease is available without buying dedicated packaging, which lowers operating costs.
The bleed valve removes air from the system before work begins, which prevents air bubbles from forming in the grease and ensures consistent delivery. The pressure relief valve allows pressure to be released safely once greasing is finished.
Supplied with a rigid hose for precise delivery in hard-to-reach places and a flexible hose for points that require greater freedom of movement. The fittings suit standard grease nipples, so no adapters are needed.

Before first use, connect the grease gun to an air system with a pressure of 2-10 bar. After loading a cartridge or bulk grease, open the bleed valve and pump a small amount of grease through to remove air from the system. Closing the bleed valve completes the preparation of the unit for work.
A pressure of 2-4 bar is used for greasing delicate mechanisms and precision bearings. The 4-7 bar range suits most standard workshop applications. A pressure of 7-10 bar is used for lubrication points where high resistance has to be overcome, or when working with thick greases at low temperatures.
Once work is finished, release the pressure using the pressure relief valve. Check the condition of the seals and air hoses regularly. Clean the applicator fittings after each use to prevent the grease from drying and blocking the passages. Store in a dry place, protected from frost.
