A professional pneumatic kit for the safe removal of injectors from petrol and diesel engines. Compatible with Bosch, Delphi, Denso and Siemens injection systems. Supplied with a pneumatic actuator and 19 adaptors in a practical carry case.
The pneumatic actuator generates up to 30 Nm of torque, which is enough to safely loosen injectors seized in their bores. The controlled working pressure of 0.5-0.8 MPa prevents damage to the injector thread and to the mounting bore in the cylinder head.
The kit includes 19 adaptors to suit injectors made by Bosch, Delphi, Denso and Siemens. It enables the removal of both Common Rail injectors in diesel engines and direct-injection injectors in petrol engines with MPI and GDI systems.
The 730 mm hose provides freedom of movement in the engine bay. The integrated valve allows precise adjustment of the working pressure during use, giving greater control over the removal process.
All parts of the kit are stored in a durable case with a moulded insert. Every adaptor has its own designated place, which eliminates the risk of losing parts and shortens set-up time. The total weight of the kit is 3.8 kg.

The air compressor should provide a stable pressure in the range of 0.5-0.8 MPa. Before connecting the kit, check that the compressor is fitted with a moisture separator and an air filter – contaminants can damage the actuator mechanism. A compressor output of at least 150 l/min is recommended.
The injector is identified by the manufacturer's marking and the part number visible on the body. Before fitting the adaptor, check its condition – damaged threads can cause the injector to shear off. The adaptor must be tightened by hand until seated before the actuator is started.
Before removing the injector, clean deposits from the mounting bore. Start at the lowest pressure (0.5 MPa) and increase it gradually if you meet resistance. Intermittent operation – short cycles with pauses – prevents the injector from overheating. In cases of severe seizure, apply a penetrating fluid and wait 15-30 minutes.
After use, blow the air hose through with compressed air. The actuator requires periodic lubrication with pneumatic oil – 3-5 drops into the air inlet every 10 hours of operation. Clean the adaptors with a wire brush and protect them against corrosion. Store the kit in a dry place in the closed case.
