A pneumatic lifting bag for the precise lifting and positioning of components weighing up to 135 kg. The tool is used when fitting furniture, household appliances and windows, and in vehicle servicing work.
Features of the Vorel lifting bag
135 kg load capacity in a compact size
A load capacity of 135 kg makes it possible to lift most of the components encountered during installation work — from kitchen cabinets and household appliances to window frames. The 130 x 270 mm dimensions allow the bag to be placed in narrow gaps and hard-to-reach spaces when levelling.
Lifting height of up to 50 mm
A 50 mm lift range is sufficient for levelling during installation and for creating working space when fitting components that require precise seating. Gradual height adjustment by pumping allows accurate setting.
250 mm hose with valve
The hose is fitted with a control knob, giving control over the inflation and lowering process. Its 250 mm length allows freedom of movement while pumping without the risk of the bag shifting under load.
Reinforced polypropylene construction
Polypropylene is resistant to compression and permanent deformation, which ensures consistent performance over repeated use. The material is resistant to oils and chemicals used in workshops.

Use and maintenance
Safe use
Before use, check the condition of the bag — there should be no cracks in the material and all connections must be airtight. Place the bag on a stable surface under the centre of gravity of the item being lifted. Pump gradually, checking that the load is stable. Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 135 kg. When finished, lower the bag slowly by opening the valve on the hose.
Maintenance
After use, clean the bag of dust and dirt. Store it deflated, in a place protected from sharp objects. Periodically check that the connections between the hose, the pump and the bag are airtight. Avoid contact with solvents that may damage the polypropylene.
