Pneumatic coupling with a 3/8" female thread, designed for quick connection and disconnection of tools and equipment in compressed air systems. The male type connects to the corresponding female part in pneumatic systems.
The 3/8 inch (9.525 mm) size is one of the most widely used standards in pneumatics. A female thread means the coupling accepts a component with a male thread – check the specification of your tool or hose before buying.
The male coupling is the active part of the connection – it has a locking mechanism that engages with the female part. It allows quick connection and disconnection without tools, while keeping the joint airtight.
The quick-release mechanism allows connection and disconnection within seconds. Simply push the female part in until it clicks – the connection is made. To release it, pull back the locking sleeve.
The product is supplied in clear blister packaging that protects it from mechanical damage during transport and storage. It also lets you check the condition of the product before first use.

Before buying, make sure your tool or hose has a 3/8" male thread. Also check the thread standard – BSP (British Standard Pipe) is the norm in Europe, while NPT (National Pipe Thread) is used in the USA. These threads are not fully compatible without adapters.
The coupling is fitted by screwing it onto the male thread of the tool or hose. PTFE tape or a thread seal is recommended to keep the joint airtight at higher pressures. Once screwed in, the coupling is ready to connect to the female part of the pneumatic system.
Regularly check the condition of the internal seals – worn seals can cause air leaks. Clean dust and debris from the locking mechanism. In intensive use, periodic lubrication of the coupling with silicone grease or pneumatic oil is recommended.
