A splitting component for pneumatic systems that allows the flow of compressed air from a single line to be divided into two independent outlets. Made from brass and designed for 8 mm hoses.
Brass provides resistance to corrosion and oxidation when in contact with compressed air. The material offers good mechanical strength and withstands pressure fluctuations in the pneumatic system.
The 8 mm diameter refers to the outside diameter of the pneumatic hose. Check the diameter of the hoses you use before buying — the tee requires three sections of hose with the same outside diameter.
An overall length of 39 mm allows fitting in confined spaces. The small size makes installation easier in densely arranged pneumatic systems and in portable tools.
Allows two tools or devices to be supplied from a single compressed air source. The flow is split into two independent lines without the need for additional valves.

Before buying, measure the outside diameter of your pneumatic hose. The tee must fit all three sections of hose. If the hose diameter is 8 mm (measured on the outside), this tee will be suitable. If in doubt, use a vernier calliper or check the hose manufacturer's specification.
The tee is fitted by pushing the pneumatic hoses onto all three outlets. Depending on the type of hose, hose clips may be needed to keep the connection airtight. Before starting up the system, check that all connections are properly seated.
During use, check the condition of the connections at regular intervals — loose fittings or splits in the hose can lead to a loss of pressure. When working in environments with large temperature fluctuations, it is worth checking that the hose material is compatible with the brass tee in terms of thermal expansion.
