A pneumatic vacuum designed for removing contamination in workshop conditions. The unit is powered by compressed air and fitted with an aluminium housing and a set of interchangeable working nozzles.
Features of the pneumatic vacuum
Compressed air power
Pneumatic drive eliminates the risk of sparking and overheating of an electric motor. A safe solution in environments where combustible dusts and metal filings are present, and in explosive atmospheres. It requires no access to mains power.
Aluminium body construction
The aluminium housing provides resistance to corrosion and to the mechanical damage typical of a workshop environment. The material is lightweight while retaining structural strength, which makes the unit easier to manoeuvre during work.
Set of interchangeable nozzles
Three types of working nozzles allow the vacuum to be adapted to different surfaces and types of contamination. The extension increases reach in hard-to-reach places. The flexible hose gives the operator freedom of movement.
Contamination collection system
The dust bag with mounting adapter and the clamps ensure the filtration system is sealed. The design allows the bag to be emptied and replaced easily without contact with the collected dust and dirt.

Use and maintenance
Compressed air requirements
Before connecting the vacuum, check the parameters of the pneumatic installation. The compressor should provide a stable working pressure and adequate output. Air filters and moisture separators are recommended in the supply line to prevent condensate and contaminants from entering the vacuum mechanism.
Equipment maintenance
Regular emptying of the dust bag prevents a drop in suction power. The working nozzles should be cleaned after use, removing accumulated contamination. The flexible hose requires the tightness of its connections to be checked. The aluminium housing can be cleaned with a dry cloth or compressed air.
Operational safety
Before starting work, check the technical condition of all parts of the kit. Damaged nozzles or hoses can reduce vacuuming efficiency. When working with fine dusts, respiratory protection is recommended. The vacuum is not designed for collecting liquids or hot materials.
