A genuine power supply board that forms a key part of the electrical system of the GEKO 40KW gas heater. It is responsible for stabilising the supply voltage and protecting the appliance's electronic circuits.
The board provides a stable power supply for the heater's electronic circuits, protecting sensitive components from damage caused by mains voltage fluctuations. A stable supply ensures correct operation of the ignition system and the temperature controller.
Designed specifically for GEKO CG80412-25 40KW heaters. Its electrical parameters and mounting dimensions match the original specification, so the board works correctly after replacement without any additional modification.
Made from materials resistant to the elevated temperatures and vibration generated while the heater is running. The electronic components are protected against moisture and dust, which extends the board's service life in industrial environments.
Standard mounting points and electrical connectors matching the original layout. Replacement requires no specialist tools – a basic set of screwdrivers is enough, along with disconnecting the power supply before starting work.

Before purchase, check the heater's model number on the appliance's rating plate. The board fits the CG80412-25 40KW model only. If in doubt, consult a service technician or check the heater's technical diagram.
Before starting the replacement, disconnect the heater completely from the electrical supply and wait at least 15 minutes for the capacitors to discharge. The board is located in the appliance's control panel – access is gained by unscrewing the side or rear cover, depending on the design version.
Once the cover has been removed, photograph the wiring layout before disconnecting the cables – this will make it easier to connect the new board correctly. The old board is usually secured to the metal frame with two or four screws. After fitting the new board and connecting all the cables in line with the documentation, check that it functions correctly before running the heater at full load.
Service work on gas appliances should be carried out by suitably qualified persons. Replacing the power supply board requires both the electrical supply and the gas supply to be shut off. Once installation is complete, the gas installation must be checked for leaks and the ignition system for correct operation.
