A tool for professional gluing and laminating, fitted with three hard rubber rollers and a telescopic steel handle. It applies even pressure when joining materials without leaving marks on the surface.

Three Hard Rubber Rollers
Each roller, 38 mm in diameter and 58 mm in length, is made of non-marking hard rubber. This material leaves no marks on the glued surfaces, which prevents stains and smudges on film, paper or laminate. The rollers are arranged in parallel to deliver stable, even pressure across a width of 190 mm.
Telescopic Steel Handle
A steel tube with an adjustable length of 450 to 690 mm allows the reach of the tool to be matched to the job in hand. A longer handle increases the pressure applied with minimal effort on the part of the user, which matters when laminating large surfaces. The telescopic mechanism stays stable in every position.
Non-Slip Grip

How to Use the Pressure Roller
Before you start, set the length of the telescopic handle to suit the task. When laminating large surfaces, a longer handle increases the pressure applied. Guide the roller from the centre towards the edges of the material to push the air out. When applying film, start at one end and move the roller gradually along, pressing down each successive section. Hard rubber rollers do not require much downward force – an even, controlled movement is enough.
Maintenance and Storage
Rubber rollers should be cleaned after every use, removing any adhesive residue with a dry cloth or a mild solvent that is safe for rubber. Avoid sharp tools that could damage the roller surface. Store the tool horizontally or suspended by the handle to prevent the rollers from deforming under prolonged pressure. Lubricate the telescopic mechanism periodically with technical grease to keep the adjustment smooth.
The pressure roller is not suitable for use with hot materials or chemically aggressive substances that could damage the rubber. With intensive use, check the condition of the rollers – worn or damaged rubber may leave marks on materials.
