A circular saw blade designed for the precision cutting of plastics, in particular PVC, vinyl panels and trim strips. The 60-tooth design delivers a smooth cut edge with no chipping of the material.
The high number of cutting teeth provides a smooth cut through plastics with no chipping or cracked edges. The more teeth, the cleaner the cut surface, which is crucial with decorative materials that remain visible after installation.
A standard diameter compatible with popular hand-held circular saws. It allows materials up to around 60 mm thick to be cut, depending on the saw model and cutting depth setting.
The 20 mm bore diameter matches the standard used in hand-held saws. Before purchase, check the spindle diameter of your saw - most models use this size.
This figure states the maximum permissible blade speed for safety reasons. Make sure your saw does not exceed this value - the speed is given on the tool's rating plate.

The blade is suitable for hand-held circular saws with a 20 mm spindle diameter and a maximum speed of up to 9000 rpm. Compatible models include: YATO YT-82150, YT-79257 and other saws with similar specifications. Before fitting, check the bore diameter and the maximum speed of your tool.
Before starting work, check the condition of the blade - the teeth must not be damaged, bent or blunt. The blade must be fitted in the direction of rotation indicated by the arrow on the body. When cutting PVC, a moderate feed rate is recommended to avoid overheating the material, which can cause the edges to melt.
After use, clean the blade of any material residue. With intensive use, check the sharpness of the teeth periodically - a blunt blade requires more pressure, which reduces cut quality and increases the risk of damaging the material. Storing the blade in a dry place protects it from corrosion.
Do not exceed the maximum speed of 9000 rpm. Before each use, check the blade mounting and the condition of the saw guards. Wear safety goggles when cutting and secure the workpiece properly. Never cut materials containing metal parts or hard inclusions.
