Using and maintaining the blade

When cutting PVC, a moderate feed rate is recommended to avoid overheating the material, which can cause the edges to melt.
After use, clean the blade of any material residue. With intensive use, check the sharpness of the teeth periodically - a blunt blade requires more pressure, which reduces cut quality and increases the risk of damaging the material. Storing the blade in a dry place protects it from corrosion.
Safety during use
Do not exceed the maximum speed of 9000 rpm. Before each use, check the blade mounting and the condition of the saw guards. Wear safety goggles when cutting and secure the workpiece properly. Never cut materials containing metal parts or hard inclusions.
