Pneumatic quick coupler with a 3/8" male thread, designed for compressed air systems. A connecting component that allows pneumatic hoses to be connected and disconnected quickly without the use of tools.
Pneumatic Quick Coupler Features
3/8" Male Thread

Use and Maintenance
Fitting the Quick Coupler
Before fitting, check that the thread is clean and remove any contamination. Screw in the 3/8" male thread by hand, then tighten it with a spanner. Using PTFE tape or a thread seal is recommended to ensure a leak-tight joint. Do not overtighten - excessive force can damage the thread.
Connecting and Disconnecting
To connect, push the plug into the socket until it clicks. Before disconnecting, shut off the compressed air supply and make sure there is no pressure in the hose. To disconnect, pull back the locking ring and withdraw the plug.
Maintenance
Check the condition of the coupler regularly - damaged or worn parts must be replaced. Clean any contamination from the sealing surface. Avoid contact with corrosive substances. When working in dusty conditions, more frequent cleaning of the locking mechanism is recommended.
