3/4" Impact Set — Ratchet, Extension Bars and Sockets 19–50 mm (21 Pc) KD11868
The KD11868 is a complete 3/4" drive impact tool set, intended for vehicle workshops, heavy vehicle servicing and industrial applications. It contains 16 Cr-Mo impact sockets covering 19–50 mm, a ratchet, two extension bars and a sliding T-handle — all supplied in a carry case.
Key features
3/4" drive — built for heavy loads
The 3/4" drive is the standard used on impact wrenches and breaker bars for large bolted connections — truck wheels, construction and agricultural machinery, foundation bolts. The larger drive square compared with 1/2" transmits a far higher torque without risking damage to the drive.
Chrome molybdenum steel (Cr-Mo)
Impact sockets require a different material from hand sockets — Cr-Mo steel offers high ductility and impact resistance, which prevents cracking when used with a pneumatic or electric impact wrench. The standard chrome vanadium (Cr-V) steel used in hand sockets is not suitable for impact work.
4", 8" extension bars and an 18" T-handle
The 4" (approx. 100 mm) and 8" (approx. 200 mm) extension bars give access to bolts in recesses and hard-to-reach places. The 18" (approx. 460 mm) sliding T-handle works as a breaker bar — the cross bar increases turning force and eases work on heavily tightened or corroded fasteners.
Wide socket size range
16 sockets in sizes 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 29, 30, 32, 35, 36, 38, 41, 46 and 50 mm cover the nut and bolt sizes typically found on trucks, buses, plant machinery and industrial installations. The 50 mm socket, for example, matches the hub nuts used on trucks.

Impact wrench compatibility
Before use, make sure the impact wrench has a 3/4" drive. The sockets in the KD11868 set are not designed for wrenches with a 1/2" or 1" drive. The 3/4" drive is the standard used on impact wrenches intended for trucks and plant machinery — check the drive size in the wrench documentation or on the rating plate of the machine.
