A multi-purpose workshop tool that combines the function of a screwdriver with a ratchet mechanism and a set of 15 interchangeable bits. The ratchet system with a direction selector allows fast working without changing your grip.
Three-position direction selector: forward, reverse and locked. It allows tightening and loosening without changing your grip, which speeds up work on multi-part assemblies. In the locked position the tool can be used as a standard non-ratcheting screwdriver.
The sturdy handle construction provides a secure grip during use. Its hand-fitting shape reduces fatigue during longer assembly sessions and allows torque to be applied without slipping.
The set contains bits in a range of profiles and sizes, suited to the most common types of screws and fasteners. The interchangeable tips let you adapt the tool quickly to the task in hand without needing a number of separate screwdrivers.
The durable case protects the tool and the bits from damage during transport and storage. The layout of the items in the case gives quick access to the bit you need and prevents them from being mislaid.

A ratchet screwdriver speeds up work considerably compared with a standard tool. The mechanism allows continuous movement in one direction without having to lift the tool off the screw and change your grip. The locked setting allows greater torque to be applied when components need to be tightened firmly or seized parts have to be loosened.
Before starting work, select the bit that matches the profile and size of the screw. The wrong bit can damage the screw head or the bit itself. Once the bit is fitted in the holder, set the selector to the appropriate position: forward for tightening, reverse for loosening.
The ratchet mechanism needs to be cleaned periodically to remove dust and debris. If resistance increases or the ratchet does not work correctly, apply a small amount of light oil to the mechanism. Store the bits in the case to prevent corrosion and damage.
When working with a ratchet screwdriver, take care when tightening delicate components, as the mechanism has no torque adjustment. When working with delicate materials, switch to the locked position and tighten in a controlled manner.
