The KD1243 is a rechargeable searchlight torch with a 1200-lumen light output and a beam range of up to 800 metres. It combines a long-range main beam with side light panels and an integrated power bank, making it a useful tool both in the field and during power cuts.
Product features
Long-range beam
A 1200-lumen output focused into a narrow beam illuminates objects up to 800 metres away. This level of power is sufficient for working in open terrain, for night hunting or for observing at long distances in the dark.
Side light panels
Additional panels fitted to the sides of the housing spread the light sideways, illuminating the user's immediate surroundings. One of the panels emits red light, which can serve as a signal or warning light — red light is visible from a distance and does not impair the eye's adaptation to darkness.
Integrated power bank
The 8000 mAh battery supplies power through a USB port, allowing you to top up a smartphone or other mobile device with no access to a mains socket. A particularly useful feature on multi-day trips or during power cuts.
Housing and charge indicator
The body is made from ABS, plastic and rubber, combining rigidity with impact absorption. A charge level indicator on the rear of the housing lets you check the remaining power without connecting the torch to a charger. At 0.73 kg, it can be held in the hand for long periods without excessive fatigue.

Use and maintenance
Charging the battery
The torch is charged via a USB cable (supplied). A full charging cycle takes around 3 hours. The charge indicator on the rear of the housing shows the current battery level — it is worth checking it before heading out into the field so the battery does not run flat during use.
Housing maintenance
Clean the housing with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not immerse the torch in water or expose it to prolonged rain — the manufacturer does not state an IP rating, so take care in wet conditions.
Storage
For longer periods of storage, charge the battery to 50–60% and keep the torch in a dry place at room temperature. A lithium-ion battery that is fully discharged during long storage can permanently lose capacity.
