Forced-air cooling with R600a refrigerant
The fan-assisted air circulation system ensures an even temperature distribution across all shelves. R600a refrigerant (isobutane) has a low environmental impact and delivers high energy efficiency at low power consumption.
Automatic defrost
The automatic defrost function removes the need to defrost the unit manually. Condensed water vapour is drained away automatically, which reduces downtime and simplifies maintenance.
Electronic controller with display
The control panel allows precise temperature setting and monitoring of conditions inside the chamber. The LCD display shows the current temperature, enabling quick verification of correct operation in line with HACCP requirements.
Toughened glass construction
The shelves, door and rounded front glass are made from toughened glass of a thickness that ensures safe use. Toughened glass has better insulating properties than standard glass and withstands temperature changes and mechanical loads.

Use and maintenance
Temperature setting
The +2 to +8°C range is the standard for perishable products. A temperature of +2 to +4°C works well for storing dairy and meat products, while +6 to +8°C is sufficient for most desserts and drinks. The temperature should be monitored at least once a day and readings recorded in line with HACCP procedures.
Arranging products
Adjustable shelf heights allow the space to be adapted to the height of the items on display. Leave gaps between products to allow air to circulate freely. Do not block the ventilation grilles, as this could disrupt circulation and cause uneven temperatures.
Cleaning and disinfection
Clean glass surfaces with glass cleaner or mild detergents. The toughened shelves can be removed and washed separately. Avoid harsh abrasives, which can scratch the surfaces. Clean the ventilation grille regularly with a vacuum cleaner or soft brush to ensure proper air circulation.
Installation
The unit requires a stable, level surface and access to a mains socket. Leave a gap of at least 10 cm from walls to allow heat to dissipate freely. The display cabinet should be positioned away from direct sunlight and heat sources (ovens, radiators), which increase the load on the cooling system.
