Steel wire reinforcement
An internal steel wire core increases the line's mechanical strength. This construction prevents premature breakage when cutting tough stems, scrub and thick-stemmed weeds.
3.0 mm diameter
The line's thickness is matched to intensive work on dense grass, tall weeds and young scrub. The 3.0 mm diameter provides sufficient mass and rigidity for effective cutting, while remaining compatible with most heads.

Matching line diameter to your machine
Before buying, check the maximum line diameter permitted by your strimmer's manufacturer (this information is given in the instruction manual). 3.0 mm line requires a machine with a minimum output of 1.2 kW (electric) or 25 cm³ (petrol). Using line thicker than recommended can overload the engine and shorten the equipment's service life.
Use and maintenance
Store the line in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to UV reduces the plastic's flexibility, even in the case of stabilised materials. Before winding onto the spool, the line can be soaked in water for a few hours – this treatment increases its flexibility and makes fitting easier.
During work, pay attention to the length of protruding line. Sections that are too long (over 15 cm) place excessive load on the engine and may cause irregular cutting. Check the condition of the line regularly – damaged sections should be removed and replaced with a fresh length.
The 50-metre length is enough for multiple refills of the spool, making this format an economical solution for users who regularly cut larger areas. With standard usage, one metre of line is enough for approx. 100-150 m² of lawn of average density.
