The KD660 is a metal roller stand with a galvanised feed roller, designed to support and guide long workpieces during machining. Its adjustable height and locking screw allow the stand to be matched quickly to the work area without the need for additional tools.
The 400 mm adjustment range lets you match the support height to the table of a table saw, a workbench or another machine. A locking screw secures the selected height, removing the risk of the leg shifting on its own when working with heavy workpieces.
The galvanised finish protects the rollers against corrosion in workshop conditions, where contact with moisture or dust is unavoidable. The 300 mm support width provides stable guidance for workpieces of different cross-sections — both boards and metal profiles.
A load capacity of 65 kg matches the weight of typical long timber pieces, steel profiles or pipes. The metal frame of the stand transfers the load evenly, which reduces the risk of deformation or loss of stability while guiding the material.
Rubber-tipped feet increase friction against the floor, limiting movement of the stand while feeding material. The rubber also protects the floor from scratches — important in workshops with epoxy flooring or tiles.

The KD660 roller stand is used wherever a long or heavy workpiece needs to be supported on the outfeed side of a machine. This allows a single operator to handle safely items that would normally require a second person.
Before buying, measure the height of the machine table or workbench from the floor. If the measurement falls within the 680–1080 mm range, the KD660 stand will be compatible. The roller should be level with the machine table or slightly below it — setting the roller above the table causes the material to sag and makes accurate guidance difficult.
Once the required height is set, tighten the locking screw before loading the stand. Galvanised rollers do not require regular lubrication, but in dusty environments (for example when working with wood) the bearings should be cleaned periodically to remove sawdust and dust, which prevents increased rolling resistance. Check the rubber feet for wear — damaged rubber reduces the stability of the stand on slippery floors.
The stand is intended solely for use as a passive support — cutting tools must not be mounted on it, and it must not be used as a standalone workbench subjected to impact loads.
