Roofing Gas Torch KD10304 – KRAFT&DELE
The KD10304 roofing torch is a propane-butane powered tool built for jobs that call for a controlled, intense flame — above all welding torch-on roofing felt, burning off surfaces, and bending and forming thermoplastic materials. A 60 mm TURBO nozzle combined with adjustable gas flow lets you match the intensity of the flame to the job in hand.
Technical features
60 mm TURBO nozzle
A 60 mm nozzle produces a wide flame, which shortens the time needed to heat the surface when welding roofing felt. The TURBO design increases gas flow velocity, raising combustion efficiency and the heat reach of the flame.
Gas flow control in the handle
A control valve built directly into the handle allows smooth adjustment of flame intensity without interrupting work. The 1250–1850 °C range lets you match the settings to the material — lower values for heat-shrink materials, higher for welding roofing felt.
3 m reinforced hose with crimped end fittings
The hose reinforcement increases its resistance to mechanical damage and accidental stepping. Crimped end fittings remove the risk of the connection leaking under gas pressure. The 3 m length gives you freedom to move around the roof without having to move the cylinder frequently.
Torch length 85 cm and weight 1.38 kg
The 85 cm length lets you work standing upright, which reduces fatigue during long roofing jobs. At 1.38 kg, the weight is typical for tools of this class and allows comfortable one-handed operation.

Gas cylinder compatibility
The torch works with propane-butane cylinders fitted with a standard threaded valve. Before connecting, check that the thread on the hose end matches the thread on the cylinder valve — if they do not match, a suitable adaptor is required. A gas consumption of 4000 g/h means a standard 11 kg cylinder will last for around 2.75 hours of work with the valve fully open.
