An LED bulkhead light with SMD technology, designed for ceiling and wall mounting indoors. The fitting delivers a luminous flux of 1680 lm at a power consumption of 24W, which equates to an energy efficiency of 70 lm/W.

24W SMD LED technology
SMD LEDs are characterised by a long service life and low energy consumption. A rating of 24W at 1680 lm means energy savings in the region of 80% compared with traditional light sources of comparable brightness.
Neutral 4000K light colour
A colour temperature of 4000K is what is known as neutral white, which does not distort colour perception and does not strain the eyes. This makes it particularly well suited to circulation and working areas where good visibility is required without the warm or cool cast of other lighting.
Colour rendering index Ra>80
A CRI (Ra) above 80 means that the fitting reproduces colours in a way close to natural light. This value is sufficient for most applications in residential and public buildings.

IP20 rating
The IP20 designation indicates that the fitting is protected against access to live parts by solid objects larger than 12.5 mm in diameter, but has no protection against water. This bulkhead light is intended solely for mounting indoors in dry rooms where there is no risk of direct contact with moisture or dust.
Use and maintenance
The LED light source is integrated into the fitting housing and cannot be replaced by the user. This design removes the need for maintenance associated with replacing bulbs or fluorescent tubes. If the LEDs fail, the entire fitting must be replaced.
Clean the diffuser with a dry or slightly damp microfibre cloth. Disconnect the power supply before cleaning. Avoid abrasive cleaners and solvents, which may damage the PMMA surface.
Installation
Installation requires basic electrical knowledge. The bulkhead light must be connected to a 230V AC supply in accordance with current electrical standards. It should be mounted on a stable surface (concrete or timber ceiling, or plasterboard with suitable fixings). Always isolate the power supply to the circuit before starting installation.
