A universal fixing clamp with a rubber insert, designed for secure installation of pipes with a nominal diameter of 1/2 inch in sanitary and heating systems. The adjustable metal construction ensures a secure fixing and dampens vibration.
The internal rubber layer absorbs vibration transmitted by the pipes and protects the surface against mechanical damage. It reduces noise in installations with pressurised water flow.
The screw mechanism allows the clamp to be adjusted to pipes in the 20-25 mm range. This makes it suitable for steel, copper and plastic pipes with similar outside diameters.
The set includes a hanger bolt and a wall plug. This allows direct installation in brick, concrete or plasterboard walls without the need to buy additional components.
The steel body provides mechanical strength and long-term stability of the installation. It resists the static loads resulting from the weight of a pipe filled with medium.

The 1/2" marking refers to the nominal diameter (DN), not to the actual outside diameter of the pipe. Steel 1/2" pipes have an outside diameter of approximately 21.3 mm, while 15 mm copper pipes have an outside diameter of approximately 15 mm. Before purchasing, measure the actual outside diameter of the pipe and make sure it falls within the 20-25 mm range.
Before installation, make sure that the substrate is load-bearing and properly prepared. The wall plug should be matched to the type of wall. For plasterboard walls, the use of additional cavity wall plugs is recommended.
Tighten the clamp moderately so as not to damage the pipe or the rubber insert. Overtightening may deform a plastic pipe or compress the rubber excessively, which will reduce its damping properties.
During use, periodic checks of the fixing are recommended, particularly in the first few weeks after installation. The rubber may settle slightly, which may require the screw to be retightened.
