A mallet with a white rubber head designed for tasks requiring a gentle blow without the risk of damaging or marking the surface. The fibreglass shaft combines strength with low weight, while the TPR grip ensures a secure hold.
The special white rubber compound, 60 mm in diameter, leaves no marks on the workpiece. This is particularly important when working with painted, chrome-plated or aluminium components, where black rubber could leave smears that are difficult to remove.
Fibreglass offers greater mechanical strength than wood while being lighter. The material does not crack or chip and is resistant to moisture and changing weather conditions. The total weight of the tool is 1000 g.
Thermoplastic rubber (TPR) with deep grooves ensures a secure hold even with damp hands. The material absorbs the vibrations generated on impact, reducing hand and wrist fatigue during prolonged use.
The rubber head absorbs impact energy, minimising the risk of deformation, dents or scratches on delicate materials. Spreading the force over a larger contact area protects the workpiece from damage.

The rubber mallet is intended for tasks requiring a controlled blow without the risk of damaging the surface. It must not be used to break up hard materials or as a lever. Check that the head is securely attached to the shaft before use.
Clean the rubber head with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid contact with organic solvents and oils, which can damage the structure of the rubber. Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, which accelerates the ageing of the rubber material.
