Protective head cover designed for 2000g paving mallets, protecting block paving from mechanical damage during laying and tamping.
The flexible rubber material absorbs the impact force of the mallet, distributing it evenly across the paving surface. This prevents cracking, chipping and scratching of the paving material during tamping.
The flexible design allows fitting to various types of 2000g paving mallets. The cover sits tight against the tool head, ensuring a stable connection during use without the need for additional fastening elements.
The rubber working surface eliminates direct contact between metal and the paving material. It protects not only concrete paving blocks, but also ceramic tiles, natural stone and other finishing materials sensitive to mechanical damage.
The design of the cover allows trouble-free fitting and removal without tools. This enables the mallet to be quickly adapted to the type of work being carried out – with the cover when laying paving, without it for tasks requiring greater impact force.

Stretch the cover over the mallet head, adjusting it evenly to the shape of the tool. Before starting work, check that the cover sits securely and does not move during impact. If the fit is loose, the inside of the cover can be lightly moistened with water – once dry, the rubber will grip better.
Inspect the cover surface regularly for cracks, cuts and material wear. A damaged cover loses its shock-absorbing properties and may not protect the paving material effectively. Replace the cover when the rubber loses its flexibility or visible mechanical damage appears.
Store the cover in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Prolonged exposure of the rubber to UV and high temperature accelerates the ageing process of the material and reduces its flexibility. After finishing work, clean dust and dirt from the cover.
