The KD10334 sandblasting cabinet is a workshop machine designed for cleaning, matt finishing and refurbishing metal components in a compressed air stream. It works with a closed-circuit abrasive system, which reduces media consumption and keeps dust out of the surrounding area. The set includes a blasting gun and a light illuminating the inside of the chamber.
Media falling to the chamber floor is automatically drawn back in and fed to the gun nozzle again. This reduces abrasive consumption and limits dust beyond the cabinet, which matters during intensive, continuous operation.
The large working chamber allows larger items to be processed — car wheels, brake discs, brackets and other machine parts. The 90 L capacity makes the unit suitable for workshop use with medium to high throughput.
A value of 125 PSI (approximately 8.6 bar) means a high abrasive stream force, which translates into effective removal of rust, mill scale, old paint coatings and other contaminants from metal surfaces. An air compressor capable of maintaining this working pressure is required to power the unit.
The built-in chamber lighting allows precise inspection of the surface being worked on without interrupting the job. The factory-supplied blasting gun means the unit can be put to work immediately once connected to a compressor.

The KD10334 cabinet requires an external compressor delivering at least 125 PSI (approx. 8.6 bar) and a suitably high air output. Before buying, check the specification of your compressor — insufficient pressure or too low an air flow will reduce blasting efficiency and may cause interruptions during work.
Before starting, make sure the chamber is tightly closed and that the work gloves — which form the barrier between the operator and the inside of the cabinet — are in good condition and undamaged. The cabinet uses standard blasting abrasives: silica sand, aluminium oxide, glass beads or steel shot — the choice depends on the hardness of the material being treated and the required surface texture.
After finishing work, it is advisable to remove dust from inside the chamber and check that the gun nozzle is clear. Regularly cleaning the filters and seals extends the service life of the unit and keeps blasting results consistent.
