A four-sided flexible sanding block intended for hand sanding and smoothing a variety of materials. The block construction allows precise work in hard-to-reach places and along edges.
The P150 grit (grain diameter approximately 100 μm) offers a balance between material removal rate and finish smoothness. It is used for smoothing surfaces after coarser sanding or as a preparatory step before finishing.
All four side faces of the block are coated with abrasive material, which increases the working surface area and extends the life of the product. Each side can be used once the previous one is worn.
The soft, resilient backing adapts to the profile of the surface being worked, making it possible to sand curves, edges and irregular shapes without the risk of oversanding.
Compatibility with a wide range of materials – from wood and plastics to metals and glass – removes the need for multiple specialist tools in the workshop.

The P150 grit sits in the middle of the grit scale. It removes marks left by P80-P100 paper, leaving a surface smooth enough for direct lacquering (in the case of wood) or as an intermediate step before using P220-P320 grades for a fine finish. For metals it is the starting point for polishing.
When working with the sanding block, apply even, moderate pressure, avoiding concentrated loads that could cause the abrasive material to wear unevenly. The movement should be smooth, following the direction of the grain (in the case of wood) or in a cross-hatch pattern for other materials.
After each use, clean the working surface with a brush or compressed air to remove built-up dust, which reduces sanding efficiency. Do not soak the block or store it in damp rooms – this can cause the abrasive material to become detached from the backing.
A worn side of the block loses its uniform grit and leaves deeper scratches. Visible smoothing of the abrasive surface, or the need to increase pressure while working, is a sign that the side should be changed or the product replaced.
