White aluminium oxide sanding disc designed for drywall sanders. The P240 grit ensures even smoothing of large flat surfaces without leaving deep scratches.
The P240 grit (approx. 58 micrometres) is used to smooth surfaces after sanding with coarser grits. It removes fine scratches and prepares the substrate for finishing or painting. It leaves a smooth surface with no visible sanding marks.
White aluminium oxide abrasive bonded with synthetic resin is characterised by high hardness and sharp grain. This material effectively removes imperfections from softwood, plaster and filler without clogging with dust.
The hook and loop system allows discs to be changed quickly without tools. The attachment holds the disc securely during work while allowing it to be removed and refitted repeatedly without losing grip.
Standard size for drywall sanders (telescopic sanders). The large working surface speeds up work on walls and ceilings, and the design of the tool allows you to work without a ladder.

Before buying, check the diameter of the backing pad on your sander. Standard drywall (telescopic) sanders use 225 mm discs, but some models may require other sizes (e.g. 215 mm or 200 mm). The disc must fit the pad exactly for the hook and loop system to work correctly.
Before fitting, make sure the sander's backing pad is clean and free of dust – contamination reduces the grip of the hook and loop. During work, guide the sander evenly without applying excessive pressure – the weight of the tool is enough for effective sanding.
The disc wears gradually – replace it when you notice a drop in sanding efficiency or when the abrasive grains start to shed. Clogging of the paper with dust can be limited by using a sander with dust extraction or by regularly cleaning the surface with a brush.
