KD11804 is a pack of 50 sanding discs, 125 mm in diameter, with hook-and-loop backing, designed for random orbital sanders. The P100 grit places them in the medium sanding range — between material removal and preparing a surface for finishing.
Product Features
P100 Grit — Range of Application
P100 is a medium grit. It removes scratches left by coarser papers (P40–P80), levels the surface and prepares it for further sanding with P120–P180 papers or for priming. It works well on wood, MDF, old paint and lacquer coatings, and filler.
Hook & Loop Backing
The hook-and-loop system allows quick, tool-free disc changes — simply peel off the worn disc and press on a new one. The disc stays firmly attached to the sander's backing pad during use and does not slip under load. Compatibility depends on the diameter of the sander's backing pad (125 mm required) and the number of dust extraction holes.
125 mm Diameter — Market Standard
125 mm is one of the two most popular disc sizes for random orbital sanders (alongside 150 mm). Before buying, check the sander's manual or its rating plate to confirm that the machine takes 125 mm discs.
Pack of 50
A larger number of discs in the pack lowers the unit cost of the consumable and keeps work going without the need for frequent restocking. Useful for larger renovation projects or workshop use.
