A set of two long-reach screwdriver bits with a hex tamperproof profile, designed for work with tamper-resistant screws. Made from S2 tool steel, they provide access to hard-to-reach fixing points.
A hexagonal profile with a central hole for a pin that prevents the screw from being removed with standard tools. Used in electronic devices, security fittings and public installations where access must be restricted.
A material with a hardness of 58-62 HRC, characterised by increased resistance to twisting and wear. S2 steel contains silicon additives, which improve its strength under impact loads when used with an impact driver.
The extended shank allows work in deep fixing recesses, technical holes and places where standard 25-50 mm bits do not provide sufficient reach. Useful when fitting components in electronic enclosures or deep structural profiles.
A standard hexagonal shank compatible with cordless screwdrivers, drill drivers and magnetic bit holders. The 1/4" format is the most popular bit fitting system for hand and power tools.

Hex tamperproof bits require both the key size (3 mm or 5 mm) and the diameter of the central pin to match. Before purchase, measure the screw with a calliper or check the device's technical documentation. The size refers to the width across the flats of the hexagon.
100 mm bits need to be held steady while tightening. Lower screwdriver speeds (maximum 400-600 rpm) are recommended, along with control of the tightening torque, to avoid bending the shank under high resistance. When working in deep holes, additional focused lighting is advisable.
