Premium-grade segmented diamond cutting disc designed for cutting building materials. The laser-welded segment construction allows both dry and wet cutting.

Laser-welded segments
Laser welding technology creates a durable bond between the diamond segments and the disc body. This method eliminates the risk of segments detaching during intensive work, increasing both the safety and the service life of the tool.
Versatile cutting
The disc construction allows both dry and wet cutting. Wet cutting reduces dust and temperature, extending the service life of the disc. Dry cutting offers mobility and speed of work without the need for a cooling system.
22.2 mm mounting bore
The standard 22.2 mm (7/8") bore makes the disc compatible with most angle grinders taking 125 mm discs. Before buying, check the spindle diameter of your tool – angle grinders with 125 mm discs normally use this size.
10 mm segment height
A diamond segment height of 10 mm determines the total depth of material that can be cut before the disc wears out. The higher the segment, the longer the service life of the tool. A value of 10 mm is standard for Premium-grade discs in this size.

Tool compatibility
The disc is designed for 125 mm angle grinders with a 22.2 mm spindle. Before fitting, check the maximum speed of the tool – it must not exceed 12,200 rpm. Most standard 125 mm angle grinders run at 10,000–12,000 rpm, which ensures safe use.
Use and maintenance
Before starting work, check the condition of the disc – the segments must not show cracks or signs of damage. The disc must be fitted correctly in accordance with the direction of rotation marked on the body.
When dry cutting, it is advisable to pause for 30–40 seconds so that the disc can cool down. Overheating shortens the service life of the diamond segments and reduces cutting efficiency.
When wet cutting, ensure a constant supply of water directly to the cutting point. Water carries away heat and dust, significantly extending the service life of the disc and improving cut quality.
After finishing work, remove any material residue from the surface of the disc. Storing it in a dry place, away from moisture, prevents corrosion of the steel body.
