A skeleton caulking gun for applying thick compounds from standard 300 ml cartridges. The steel construction with an aluminium handle ensures precise dispensing of silicone, assembly adhesive, sealants and other higher-viscosity substances.
The open steel-plate frame reduces the weight of the tool while maintaining rigidity. The painted finish protects against corrosion when working with the chemical substances contained in sealing compounds.
The contoured aluminium handle provides a secure grip during prolonged work. The material is resistant to mechanical deformation and allows considerable pressure to be applied, as required when applying thick assembly compounds.
The locking mechanism stops the plunger rod without the need to hold the trigger. This eliminates uncontrolled discharge of the compound once application has finished, which reduces material waste and prevents mess.
The gun works with standard 300 ml cartridges available from retailers. The universal fit allows cartridges to be changed without additional adapters.

Standard 300 ml cartridges have a body diameter of approximately 50 mm and a length of 190-210 mm. Before buying, it is worth checking the dimensions of the cartridge, particularly with professional products supplied in non-standard packaging.
Before starting work, place the cartridge in the gun's frame and press the plunger against the base of the cartridge. When applying thick compounds, squeeze the trigger evenly to ensure controlled discharge of the material. Once work has finished, the automatic lock stops the plunger without any additional action.
Remove any compound residue from the gun body immediately, before it sets. Cured silicone or adhesive can be removed mechanically, avoiding scratches to the painted surface. Storing the tool in a dry place extends the life of the anti-corrosion coating.
