A set of slide hammer pullers designed for removing rolling bearings, bushings and other press-fit components. The slide hammer mechanism removes the need for a hammer, giving a controlled and safe removal process.
It uses the kinetic energy of a weight sliding along the shaft. The user raises the weight and drops it in a controlled manner, generating impact force without a hammer. This method protects both the component being removed and the surrounding surfaces from damage.
The different puller diameters let you match the tool to bearings of various sizes. The set covers a range from the small bearings found in power tools to the larger components used in industrial machinery and vehicles.
Hardened steel construction resists deformation when impact forces are generated. The material withstands repeated dynamic loads without losing its mechanical properties, which extends the service life of the tool.
The grip is designed with the anatomy of the hand in mind, reducing fatigue during repeated lifting of the weight. The shaft length is sufficient to generate enough force while keeping the removal process under control.

The tool consists of a shaft with a contact tip and a sliding weight. Once the tip is positioned on the component being removed, the user raises the weight along the shaft and drops it sharply. The kinetic energy of the falling weight is converted into impact force, which gradually drives the bearing or bushing out of its seat. The process is repeated until the component is fully removed.
Before starting work, check the technical condition of the puller - no cracks in the shaft, free movement of the weight and an undamaged working tip. Selecting the right tool size for the diameter of the component being removed prevents damage to both the bearing and the puller.
During removal, centre the puller tip on the bearing axis so that the force is distributed evenly. Raise the weight to a height that generates sufficient energy - typically 20-30 cm. Too great a height can produce excessive impact force and damage components.
Using personal protective equipment - work gloves and safety glasses - minimises the risk of injury. Hold the tool steady and avoid working on slippery or unstable surfaces. After use, clean the pullers of dirt and protect them against corrosion.
Store the pullers in a dry place, protected from moisture that causes corrosion. It is worth lubricating the working shafts periodically with a thin layer of protective grease. Before extended storage, remove all dirt and oil residue. Regular checks of the technical condition allow early detection of damage and prevent failures during work.
