Six-point socket with a 21mm socket size and a 1/2-inch drive. Designed for tightening and loosening bolts and nuts in mechanical and automotive workshops and for maintenance work.
The 12.7mm drive is the standard for professional workshop tools. Compatible with ratchets, torque wrenches, extension bars and pneumatic impact wrenches with the same drive.
The 21mm size matches standard wheel nuts on passenger vehicles and bolts used in steel structures. It is also common in hydraulic and pneumatic installations.
The six-point working socket distributes force evenly across all edges of the bolt or nut head. It minimises the risk of damaging fasteners in standard applications.
The construction material provides resistance to the mechanical loads encountered when tightening and loosening bolted joints. Chrome vanadium steel increases tool durability under intensive use.

The socket works with any tool fitted with a 1/2-inch drive. Before use, check that the tool's drive size matches the socket's drive recess - an incorrect fit can damage both the socket and the driving tool.
Check the size of the nuts or bolts before starting work. The 21mm socket fits fasteners with a 21mm spanner size. If in doubt, use a vernier calliper or a spanner to verify the size.
During use, the socket should be seated over the full depth of the bolt or nut head. Incomplete seating can damage the edges of the fastener. When using impact tools, make sure the socket is designed for use with this type of equipment.
Once the work is finished, clean the socket of dirt and grease residue. Storing it in a dry place prevents corrosion of the working surface. Regularly checking the condition of the drive recess helps detect any wear before problems arise during use.
