Softshell jacket 300 g/m² 100D TVARDY T01102-M
A three-layer work jacket made from softshell fabric with a micro fleece lining. It combines flexibility with wind resistance and light water repellency, giving you freedom of movement when working outdoors.
Technical features
300 g/m² softshell fabric
A weight of 300 g/m² indicates a medium fabric thickness that balances thermal insulation with flexibility. This weight performs well in temperatures from 5°C to 15°C, shielding you from the wind without causing excessive overheating during physical activity.
100D polyester with elastane
The 100D (denier) designation refers to the thickness of the polyester fibres. 100D fabric resists abrasion and holds its shape. The 6% elastane content gives the material four-way stretch, removing any restriction on movement when work involves bending or lifting.
Micro fleece lining
The inner micro fleece layer provides thermal insulation and wicks moisture away from the body. Micro fleece is a polyester fabric with fine fibres that trap air pockets, holding in warmth without adding bulk to the garment.
Adjustable cuffs and elasticated hem
Hook-and-loop cuffs let you adjust the sleeve width to your wrist or to work gloves. The elasticated hem at the bottom of the jacket prevents draughts and heat loss when working in a bent position or at height.

How to choose your size
The half chest measurement is taken by measuring the jacket in a straight line from armhole to armhole, just below the sleeves. For size M it is 55.5 cm, which gives a full chest circumference of 111 cm. Add 8–12 cm of ease to this measurement for freedom of movement and any layers worn underneath. Sleeve length is measured from the seam at the neck, across the shoulder, to the end of the cuff.
Care
Softshell fabrics should be washed at a maximum of 30–40°C without fabric softener, which damages the moisture-wicking membrane. Do not iron or tumble dry. After several dozen washes, the water-repellent properties can be restored with a spray-on treatment designed for softshell fabrics.
The jacket has no hood, which makes work in confined spaces easier and removes the risk of snagging. A reflective element improves visibility in low light, which matters when working near roads or during twilight hours.
