Electronic control module designed for drywall and plaster sanders with a 190mm disc diameter. It enables speed adjustment and protects the motor against overload when working on difficult surfaces.
The electronic circuit allows smooth adjustment of the sanding disc speed. Lower speeds are used for finish sanding of delicate surfaces, higher speeds for removing larger uneven areas and old coatings.
A built-in system monitors the motor load and protects it from damage in situations of excessive pressure on the disc or jamming. This reduces the risk of burning out the windings during intensive work.
The controller is designed for sanders fitted with a 190mm diameter disc. Before purchase, check the model of your sander and make sure the controller is compatible with it.
The module is dedicated to sanding plaster, filler and skim coat surfaces. Speed control allows the intensity of treatment to be matched to the type of material and how dry it is.

Before fitting, make sure the controller is intended for your sander model. Fitting an incompatible controller may lead to incorrect operation of the tool or damage to it.
The controller is fitted in accordance with the sander manufacturer's instructions. Replacement of a damaged controller should be carried out by a person with basic knowledge of power tools or at an authorised service centre.
During operation, avoid overloading the sander, particularly when sanding fresh, damp plaster layers. Material may clog the disc, which increases resistance and motor load.
Lower speeds are used for finish sanding of dry surfaces, where a smooth finish without scratches is required. Higher speeds are useful for the initial removal of larger uneven areas or when working with harder materials.
