A grouting sponge float with a dense sponge, designed for the professional application of grout and for cleaning ceramic tile surfaces. The 30 mm sponge thickness ensures effective removal of excess grout and even distribution of material within the joints.
The 30 mm thickness means greater abrasion resistance and a longer service life. The dense structure of the sponge prevents excessive water absorption, allowing controlled cleaning of the grout without washing the binding agents out of the compound.
The ergonomic shape of the handle ensures a steady grip when working on large areas. The profiling reduces hand fatigue during long hours of grouting and increases precision when guiding the float across the tile surface.
The bond between the sponge and the handle is made using technology resistant to prolonged contact with water and grouting compounds. The construction prevents the sponge from coming loose during intensive use in wet conditions.
The technical parameters of the float meet the requirements of tiling work both on construction sites and for home renovations. A versatile tool for grouting ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware and mosaic.

Before first use, dampen the sponge with clean water and squeeze out the excess. A damp sponge will not absorb too much water from the grout, which prevents weakening of the joint. During use, rinse the sponge regularly in clean water and wring it out until damp rather than wet.
After finishing work, rinse the sponge thoroughly under running water to remove grout residue. Leftover cement compound hardens within the sponge structure and shortens the tool's service life. Dry the float in an upright position to prevent deformation of the sponge.
The dense 30 mm sponge is particularly effective with fast-drying grouts and epoxy compounds, which require more intensive cleaning. With standard cement grouts, a circular wiping technique can be used, which prevents the grout from being pulled out of the joint. Replacing the sponge is recommended once its thickness noticeably decreases or its absorbency deteriorates.
