A complete standard blade fuse assortment containing 120 fuses across the six most popular current ratings. Designed to protect vehicle electrical systems from the effects of overloads and short circuits.
The assortment contains fuses rated at 5A, 10A, 15A, 20A, 25A and 30A. This range covers the needs of most vehicle electrical circuits — from interior lighting (low amperage) to wiper motors and fans (higher amperage). Each rating indicates the maximum current at which the fuse blows, breaking the circuit.
Fuses made in the standard format (ATO/ATC) fit most cars and vans manufactured from the 1980s onwards. This format has a flat body with two flat contact blades. Before buying, check the fuse type in the vehicle handbook or visually in the fuse box.
The fuses are held in a compartmented case that makes organisation and storage easier. Each amperage rating sits in its own compartment, which speeds up identification and replacement. The case protects the fuses from mechanical damage during transport and while stored in the boot.
With 120 pieces, the assortment provides a long-term supply of replacement fuses. At typical usage in a car, this set will last several years. Keeping a supply to hand removes the need for urgent purchases if a fuse blows on a journey.

A fuse's amperage rating is shown by the colour of its body and by a number on the top surface. Before replacing a fuse, always check the rating of the blown fuse or read it from the diagram on the fuse box cover. Fitting a fuse with a higher rating than recommended can damage the electrical system.
If a fuse blows repeatedly after replacement, it points to a fault in the protected circuit — a short circuit, a faulty component or excessive load. In this case, electrical diagnosis by a specialist is required. Fuses with a higher rating should not be fitted to "get around" the problem.
