A manual chain hoist designed for lifting and moving loads of up to 1 tonne in a vertical plane. Fitted with a 3 metre load chain made from grade G80 alloy steel.
Technical features
Grade G80 chain
Grade G80 alloy steel denotes a tensile strength of 800 N/mm². A chain with 6 mm links resists mechanical wear and allows safe operation at full load. Grade G80 is the standard for industrial applications that require certification.
1000 kg load capacity
A maximum working load of 1 tonne allows car engines, machine components and building materials to be lifted safely. This value defines the maximum load weight that can be lifted without exceeding safety parameters.
3 metre working length
A 3 m chain allows work at a height of up to 3 metres from the suspension point. Sufficient length for most workshop and assembly applications, including engine replacement in vehicles and work in halls of standard height.
Hardened steel hook
Hardening the steel increases the surface hardness of the hook, which prevents it from deforming under load. Hooks made using this technology retain their geometry even after repeated use at maximum load.

Use and maintenance
Before starting work
Check the condition of the chain – make sure the links are not cracked, deformed or excessively worn. The hook should rotate freely and show no signs of cracking. The suspension point must be checked for load-bearing capacity – the structure from which the hoist is suspended must withstand at least 1.5 times the load capacity of the unit.
Maintenance
The chain should be lubricated regularly with maintenance grease, particularly after working in dusty or damp conditions. The lifting mechanism requires periodic checks for wear on the gears and pawls. After each use, clean the chain of contaminants that may accelerate corrosion and wear. Storing the unit in a dry place extends its service life.
Safety
Do not exceed the rated load capacity of 1000 kg. Lifting people and working beneath suspended loads without additional protection are prohibited. The chain should hang vertically – side loads shorten the life of the links and may lead to failure. The CE certificate confirms compliance with the safety standards in force in the European Union.
