A borehole pump for wells, with a 370W motor and a stainless steel housing. The YT-85300 draws water from depths of up to 80 metres while maintaining its operating parameters at temperatures of up to 35°C.

Stainless steel housing
The stainless steel body resists both electrochemical and biological corrosion in contact with well water. This material eliminates the risk of contaminating the water with corrosion products, which matters when drawing drinking water or water for irrigating plants.
Copper motor winding
Copper conductors in the stator winding increase electrical conductivity and heat dissipation. This extends motor life during prolonged operation under submerged conditions.
IP58 protection rating
The IP58 rating denotes watertightness during prolonged immersion at a specified depth. This parameter is critical for borehole pumps that operate below the water level around the clock.
20-metre power cable
The cable length allows installation in wells up to 20 m deep without underwater extension leads. The factory-fitted connector keeps the electrical connection watertight.

This value defines the maximum distance from the water surface to the point where the pump is installed. It is not the depth of the well but the working depth of the pump. Seasonal fluctuations in the water level and a safety margin should be taken into account when selecting a pump.
5/4" (DN 32) connection
A 5/4-inch female thread corresponds to nominal diameter DN 32. Connection requires a pressure hose of suitable internal diameter and a threaded fitting. This diameter affects the water flow and is matched to the pump's output.

Operation and maintenance
Check the well diameter before installation. Borehole pumps need sufficient clearance for straightforward installation and removal. The borehole should be at least 100 mm (4 inches) in diameter.
The pump should be suspended on a stainless steel support cable, independently of the delivery pipe. Loading the pipes directly can damage them. Keep a minimum distance of 1 metre from the bottom of the well to prevent bottom sediment from being drawn in.
The water temperature must not exceed 35°C. Operating at higher temperatures shortens the life of the seals and can overheat the motor. In shallow wells, where temperatures may be higher in summer, monitoring of the operating parameters is recommended.
Periodic checks cover the condition of the power cable, the fixing of the support cable and the cleanliness of the water. The presence of sand or suspended solids requires pre-filters to protect the impeller from abrasion.
