Manual pressure sprayer designed for applying aggressive chemicals, including acids and alkalis. The tank is made from a material resistant to corrosive substances and fitted with a hand pump for building up working pressure.
Technical features
Chemical resistance of the tank
The tank is made from plastic resistant to contact with acidic and alkaline substances. The material retains its structural stability when exposed to cleaning agents, disinfectants and diluted acids and alkalis used in industry and agriculture.
Working pressure range of 2-3 bar
Hand pumping builds up pressure in the range of 2.0-3.0 bar (0.2-0.3 MPa), which affects the spray range and the application rate. Within this range, higher pressure gives better atomisation of the liquid, while lower pressure gives a more controlled jet with lower consumption of the preparation.
Flexible lance with adjustable nozzle
The lance is made from a flexible material, allowing the spray angle to be adjusted to the surface being treated. The adjustable nozzle lets you change the type of jet — from a fine mist to a concentrated jet — which matters when applying different preparations.
Safety valve
The safety valve releases excess pressure above the maximum value, protecting the tank from mechanical damage. The mechanism is automatic and requires no intervention while pumping.

Use and maintenance
Preparation for use
Before filling, check that the tank is sealed and that the hose and lance are in good condition. Pour the liquid through the funnel-shaped top opening — do not fill above the maximum level (usually 80% of capacity) so that there is space to build up pressure. After filling, close the cap and operate the hand pump 15-25 times to reach the required pressure.
Trigger lock
The trigger lock mechanism allows continuous application without holding the lever. This function is useful for large areas — once locked, the trigger stays open until it is released or the pressure drops.
Cleaning after use
After working with aggressive substances, rinse the tank, hose and lance with clean water. Procedure: fill the tank with water to 1/4 of its capacity, build up pressure and spray the water through the nozzle. Repeat 2-3 times. Store the sprayer with the cap unscrewed to allow the tank to ventilate.
Checking chemical compatibility
Before using a new preparation for the first time, check its compatibility with the tank material. The manufacturer states resistance to acids and alkalis, but the concentration and temperature of the solution affect the durability of the plastic. If in doubt, consult the preparation's safety data sheet or carry out a test with a small quantity of liquid.
