TCT Wood Cutting Blade 115 mm / 36T – Kraft&Dele KD1003
A circular saw blade with tungsten carbide tips (TCT), designed for cutting softwood and hardwood, chipboard, blockboard and densified laminated wood. It fits angle grinders and circular saws with a 20 mm arbor.

Tungsten carbide tips (TCT)
The cutting teeth are hardened and fitted with tungsten carbide tips. This material is considerably harder than ordinary steel, which translates into a longer blade life and keeps the cutting edge sharp during intensive use.
36 teeth — smooth cutting
A higher number of smaller teeth reduces the tearing of wood fibres during cutting. The result is a cleaner cut and less need for additional edge finishing. Blades with fewer teeth (e.g. 20–24T) work well for fast, rough cutting, whereas 36T is a compromise between efficiency and the quality of the cut surface.
Heat-resistant steel
The blade body is made from steel with increased resistance to temperature and deformation. During intensive cutting the blade heats up due to friction — the body material reduces the risk of the geometry deforming, which has a direct effect on the straightness of the cut and on operating safety.
Reducing rings included
Additional reducing rings are supplied with the blade, allowing it to be fitted to machines with a smaller arbor diameter than the standard 20 mm. Before purchasing, check the arbor diameter of the saw or angle grinder you intend to use.

How to check compatibility with your machine
Two parameters need to be checked in the instruction manual of the saw or angle grinder: the blade mounting diameter (required: 115 mm or less when a guard is used) and the arbor diameter (20 mm as standard; where it is smaller, use the reducing rings supplied). The maximum speed of the machine should not exceed 6000 rpm when working with this blade.

Choosing the number of teeth — a practical tip
The number of teeth on a blade affects the nature of the cut. Blades with fewer teeth (20–24T) remove material faster but leave a rough edge — they are suitable for rough cutting. Blades with 36 teeth, such as the KD1003, offer a higher quality cut surface while maintaining good working efficiency. For precision finishing and cutting laminated materials, blades with 60 teeth or more are used.
