A circular saw blade designed for cutting softwood, hardwood, chipboard, blockboard and densified laminated wood. Tungsten carbide (TCT) teeth provide durability and consistent cutting quality in typical woodworking and construction work.
Technical features
Tungsten carbide (TCT) teeth
The tooth tips are made from tungsten carbide, which is considerably harder than tool steel. As a result, the blade stays sharp for longer and is suitable for cutting materials of varying hardness — from softwood through to hard chipboard and densified laminated wood.
Heat- and distortion-resistant steel
The blade body is made from steel with enhanced heat resistance. During intensive use the blade does not distort under the heat generated by friction, which translates into stable cutting geometry.
20 teeth — a profile for fast cutting
A lower tooth count (20T) means greater spacing between the teeth and faster chip clearance. The blade performs well in rip and cross cuts where efficiency matters more than a finish-grade surface.
Reducing rings included for fitting
The blade is supplied with reducing rings that allow the bore to be matched to the saw arbor. This makes it possible to fit the blade to machines with an arbor diameter other than the standard 20 mm.
How to check compatibility with your saw
Before fitting, check two parameters in the saw documentation: the maximum blade diameter (which must be at least 160 mm) and the maximum permitted speed (which must be equal to or lower than 6000 rpm). The blade bore is 20 mm — for other arbor diameters, use the supplied reducing rings.
