A circular saw blade with tungsten carbide tipped teeth (TCT), designed for cutting softwood, hardwood, densified laminated wood, chipboard and blockboard. The 185 mm diameter allows it to be fitted to popular handheld and bench circular saws with a 20 mm arbor.
The cutting teeth are made from sintered tungsten carbide and additionally hardened. This material is considerably harder and more wear-resistant than tool steel, which translates directly into a longer service life between regrinds.
The blade body is made from steel with increased resistance to thermal deformation. During intensive cutting the blade retains its geometry, which reduces the risk of lateral runout and ensures consistent cuts.
The 24-tooth configuration is intended for fast cross-cutting and ripping of construction timber and sheet materials. The smaller teeth, compared with 16T or 18T blades, reduce tearing of the material and minimise splintering along the cut edge.
The standard 20 mm bore fits most handheld circular saws. The supplied reducing rings allow the blade to be fitted to smaller arbors, increasing compatibility with different tool models.
Before buying, check two parameters in the saw's instruction manual: the maximum permissible blade diameter (minimum 185 mm required) and the arbor diameter (20 mm or smaller — the supplied reducing rings cover this). The maximum speed of the saw must not exceed 6,000 rpm.

Before fitting, make sure the saw is disconnected from the mains. Fit the blade in the direction of rotation marked on the tool body — fitting it the wrong way round risks kickback. After use, clean the blade of resin and sawdust, which prevents corrosion and keeps the tooth geometry intact. Use resin remover or acetone for cleaning — never aggressive chemicals, which can damage the brazed carbide tips. The blade can be reground by a tool service once the factory cutting edges are worn.
