Telescopic bypass tree lopper with an adjustable handle length of 610-930 mm, designed for cutting branches up to 35 mm in diameter. The HCS steel blade with a PTFE coating ensures durability and protection against corrosion.
Handle length adjustment between 460 and 780 mm lets you match the tool's reach to the cutting height. The lopper's overall length of 610-930 mm allows you to work at height without a ladder, which improves safety during garden work.
High-carbon steel (HCS) provides a durable cutting edge. The PTFE coating reduces friction while cutting, prevents plant sap from sticking and protects against corrosion, which extends the tool's service life.
A bypass cutting system cuts the branch between two blades. It delivers a clean, precise cut without crushing the plant tissue, which speeds up wound healing after pruning and reduces the risk of infection.
Handles covered in polyurethane foam absorb vibration and stop your hands from slipping during use. The soft surface reduces hand fatigue during longer pruning sessions.

In a bypass system, two blades pass each other like scissors, giving a clean cut – used for live, green branches. An anvil system has a single blade that presses the branch against a flat surface – it works better on dry wood, but can crush live tissue.
Before first use, check that the telescopic mechanism is properly locked in the selected position. While working, hold the tool with both hands and avoid excessive bending of the handle. Once you have finished, clean the blades of plant sap and dirt, then wipe them dry. The PTFE coating makes cleaning easier – a soft cloth is all you need.
Regularly sharpening the blade with a diamond file or whetstone maintains optimum cutting performance. Before storing the tool for a longer period, apply a thin layer of oil to the moving parts of the mechanism. Store it in a dry place, in the retracted position, protecting the blade from damage.
The maximum cutting diameter of 35 mm applies to live branches of average wood hardness. For dry or very hard wood (e.g. acacia, oak), it is advisable to leave a safety margin and cut branches up to 30 mm in diameter. Trying to cut through thicker boughs may damage the blade or the mechanism.
