The GEKO G72098 is a hand tool that combines a pruner and a saw on an adjustable aluminium-and-steel pole. It lets you prune branches and limbs at height without using a ladder. The length adjusts from 1.37 m to 2.2 m, so you can set the reach to suit the exact cutting position.

Adjustable telescopic pole
The 1.37–2.2 m adjustment range means the total cutting reach — including the user's height and raised arms — can exceed 4 m. A locking mechanism lets you set the required length quickly and lock it securely while working.
Two functions: pruner and saw

Choosing the right tool for the branch diameter
Use the pruner for branches less than 1.5 cm thick — it gives a clean cut without tearing the bark. Thicker branches require the saw. The 300 mm blade copes with limbs up to approx. 30 cm in diameter, but when cutting very thick limbs it is worth making an undercut first to prevent the wood from splitting and the bark below the cut from being damaged.
